Okay, Allen...you have indentified several traits I unfortuanately am burdened with. Some are changes I need to make; however you identified a majority of our staff. I know change needs to start with one person, but it becomes difficult when your dealing with an older, established staff with a legacy of issues. I would love to hear your thoughts and/or visit with you sometime. I will send you an email this week.
